Grief Share - Surviving the Holidays DVD series

The holidays can be the hardest time of the year for someone who has experienced a loss. This forty-minute DVD is designed to be a major outreach for your community. Your church will provide help for the people who are hurting the most. The seminar uses the same format as the 13-week GriefShare program and is an excellent way to introduce a GriefShare program into your church.

The survival kit includes the Surviving the Holidays session on DVD, a Leader's Guide, and 5 copies of the Surviving the Holidays workbook. The workbook features a note-taking section, more than 30 daily devotions, and other resources to minister to a hurting person during the holidays. The Leader's Guide features suggestions on how to get maximum exposure and publicity for your seminar throughout your community.

The DVD includes interviews with Lois Rabey, Dr. Robert DeVries and Dr. Susan Zonnebelt-Smeenge, Sabrina Black, Johnny Parker, Sue Lutz, H. Norman Wright, Dr. Paul Tripp, and others. In addition, you'll hear many personal testimonies of people who've faced the holidays while grieving.
